Pretty petals card tutorial
You will need
- Craft papers of your choice
- Springtime Stamp Set
- White, pink, purple & gold metallic card
- Onyx Black Versafine ink pad
- White Candi
- Grey colouring pencil
- White sequins
Instructions
- Create a 18x12.5cm white card blank, fold at the top.
- Cut blue backing paper to 17x11.65cm, mount onto 17.5x12cm purple card and fix to the card front.
- Cut a purple backing paper to 13.5x7.5cm, double mount onto white then pink card and fix to the card front. Cut a piece of the striped paper to 14.5x2.5cm, mount onto pink card and secure on top.
- Mount the topper onto gold metallic card. Ink up the 'Spring is coming' stamp from the set and stamp black ink above the flowers. Add colour to the flower pot using a grey colouring pencil, adding light and shade to highlight the pot. Add some shadow underneath the pot using the same pencil. Attach the topper to the centre of the card using foam pads.
- Add Candi to each corner of the inner panel and sequins around the flowers to finish.

Spring is coming card tutorial
You will need
- Craft papers of your choice
- Springtime Stamp Set
- White, lilac, dark purple & gold metallic card
- White stamping card
- Yellow seam binding
- White wire stemmed flower bud
- Onyx Black Versafine ink pad
- Peeled Paint & Wilted Violet Distress Marker Pens
- Coloured pencils
- Blueberry Candi
- Sizzix Thinlits Stitched Ovals Die by Tim Holtz
- Old Paper Distress Ink
Instructions
- Create a 15cm square white card blank, fold at the top.
- Cut purple backing paper to 14cm square, mount onto 14.5cm square lilac card and fix to the card front. Cut more paper to 9x11cm, double mount onto gold metallic than purple card and fix to the centre. Trim striped purple paper to 15x1.5cm, double mount onto gold metallic then striped paper and fix across the centre.
- Using the 9.7x7cm oval die, die-cut white stamping card. Stamp the flower pot. Lightly colour the leaves on the Lavender stamp using the Peeled Paint Distress Marker. Colour the flower heads using Wilted violet. Stamp onto the die-cut.
- Colour the pot using coloured pencils. Create a shadow below the pot using a light grey pencil. Ink the edges of the die cut using Old Paper Distress ink then mount onto dark purple card. Fix on the right side using foam pads.
- Using black ink, stamp the Hello at the top of the smaller topper, mount onto gold metallic card and attach with foam pads.
- Tie yellow seam binding into a scruffy bow and attach together with a white flower bud. Add Candi to each corner to finish.
Glorious spring card tutorial
You will need
- Craft papers of your choice
- Springtime Stamp Set
- White & coral card
- White stamping card
- Onyx Black Versafine ink pad
- White Candi
- Yellow seam binding
- White flower bud
- Coloured pencils
- Red sequins
- Silver Liquid Pearls
Instructions
- Create a 13x15cm white card blank, fold at the top.
- Cut coral backing paper to 12x14cm, mount onto coral card and fix to the card front. Cut a strip of the co-ordinating striped paper to 14.5x1.5cm, mount and fix close to the bottom edge.
- Cut white stamping card to 9cm square. Ink the larger flower pot stamp using Black Onyx Versafine ink and stamp. Ink one of the flower heads, and stamp directly above the flower pot. Colour the image using colouring pencils, adding light and shade to the flowers and pot. Using the light grey pencil, add a shadow underneath the pot.
- Stamp 'Spring is coming' beneath the flower pot and, using a black pen, add small dots around the outside to create a dotted border.
- Mount the stamped panel onto coral card then, using foam pads, fix onto the front of your card.
- Tie yellow seam binding into a scruffy bow then attach together with a flower bud, on the left side of the border strip. Add white Candi to the strip as shown, sequins and liquid pearls to finish.
