What do I need?

• White card
• Copic marker pens (see guide below)
• Sequins
• White gel pen
• Black ink pad
• Double-sided tape
• Foam pads
• Glue pen

Guide to using Copic Marker Pens: 

Skin: E0000 (sketch), E000 (ciao), E30 (sketch), BV31 (ciao)
Hair: E23, E27 (both sketch), E59, E49 (both ciao)
Eyes: White C0, C1 (both ciao)
Gold: Y26, YR24, YR27 (all sketch)
Red: R43 (sketch), R35, R37 (both ciao)

How do I make it? 

1 Resize digital image to measure 9cm high and print on white card
2 Colour the image using the copics listed and trim around the edge, leaving a narrow border (the base needs to be 10.5cm wide)
3 Stamp the sentiment in black ink at the bottom of the image panel, as shown
4 Cut a piece of white card to measure 10.5cm wide by 13cm high and hot foil using the plate mentioned
5 Create a rectangle top folding white card, measuring 10.5cm wide by 13cm high
6 Mount the image to the card base, with double sided tape at the bottom and foam pads at the top
7 Finally, add the sequins with a glue pen, as shown
