These botanical hues echo the first blooms of the season and always make me think of Easter and Mother’s Day and boy do we have plenty of ideas for you to make and bake to give on the gorgeous family celebrations.
We are so proud to say that this is our 25th year and to celebrate, we have a fabulous tried and tested fruit cake recipe from the very first issue on p48 for you to try – we love that the style of the magazine has obviously changed over the years but great recipes and fool proof techniques remain so please do enjoy – maybe decorate this classic with marzipan for Easter?
Keeping you up to date with lashings of cake inspo we have Kerry Vincent’s style report from her final farewell Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show, oodles of brilliant novelty cake ideas from our readers in #CakeCastingCall on, delicious celebrity bakes for charity on and of course, our monthly social media spotlight on Slice of Social.
