This trio of tutorials is long awaited and will be much celebrated by beginner and experienced cakers so please so send us pictures of how you add these fun fungi to your designs.
This month’s cake selection naturally has a very seasonal feel with plenty of Halloween fun but remember, you can add you own style to these tutorials…our carved ‘day of the dead’ pumpkin cake could be decorated with Flemish florals or be left more realistic and neutral. Rhu Strand’s ‘wizard’ masterclass will be popular all year round and Charlotte White’s divine cake ode to Marilyn Monroe in monochrome could be made darker or all pretty and pastel for a completely different wedding look.
