Previewed in the last issue and featured in this issue is a gorgeous white work design by Judith Maslen which I know you’ll fall in love with. Entitled ‘On the Ice,’ the grid work pattern in the centre can also be seen and is demonstrated on Judith’s workshop page. Flowering in early January and showing the first signs of new life are the ever popular snowdrops. Evidence of this flower can be found in Lesley Shore’s ‘Snowdrops in bloom’ card. Like the flower itself, Lesley’s card is very delicate in appearance and it’s suitable for a winter birthday.
Of course, no issue would be complete without the Talent Spotters page, where this month we introduce new designer Norma Amies. Her ‘Quiet Woodland Moments’ card features a traditional winter scene including coloured and embossed robins and complimented with oodles of glitter.
Enjoy the issue.
